There’s a story behind every person. There’s a reason they’re the way they are. They aren’t just like that because they want to be. Something in the past created them, and sometimes it’s impossible to fix. You need to understand and try to change the way you think about them. Remember, sometimes you only know their name, not their story and we can’t push people to tell us their story.

Microsoft Corp. said Zain Nadella, son of Chief Executive Officer Satya and his wife Anu,  died Monday morning. He was 26 years old and had been born with cerebral palsy.  The software maker told its executive staff in an email that Zain had passed away. The message asked executives to hold the family in their thoughts and prayers while giving them space to grieve privately.
